Overview

As a cross-functional support intern at Eversports, you will act as a flexible resource across multiple teams, helping us clear specific backlogs and handle recurring operational tasks that keep our core processes running smoothly. Rather than sitting within a single team, you'll move between areas based on where support is needed most, gaining hands-on exposure to how Activation, Retention, and Finance Ops work together.

This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you'll gain practical experience across multiple functions, develop strong operational and problem-solving skills, and contribute directly to our mission to "Make Sports Happen", all while giving our teams the extra capacity they need to stay on top of specific, recurring tasks.

Working hours: Full-time (30-35 hours per week with every second Friday off!)

Your Tasks

• Work through the customer import backlog for our Activation team, ensuring new accounts are set up accurately and efficiently
• Own MFA research requests and other recurring, straightforward requests for our Retention team, keeping response times short and quality high
• Handle invoice corrections for Finance Ops, helping keep our billing processes accurate and running smoothly
• Jump into meaningful projects across teams that help us work smarter and contribute to the growth and impact of Eversports

Your Profile

• You’re currently enrolled at a university as a full-time student
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and genuine motivation to be part of the Eversports team
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and high attention to detail
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
• Positive and team-oriented attitude, comfortable following processes while contributing ideas

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 16,240 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
