  We're looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar roles, preferably in the iGaming or related digital entertainment industries. 
  • Strong understanding of management practices and techniques. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis. 
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems effectively. 
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment in the iGaming industry is highly preferred. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a team of outsourced tier 2 support staff responsible for handling customer queries, processing transactions, and resolving non-frontline issues. 
  • Develop and implement effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate customer service with overall business operations. 
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with the continuous improvement team. 
  • Manage customer service technology and systems to ensure operational efficiency. 
  • Prepare detailed reports on the department's performance and present them to operations managers. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
