Job Description

Your role as a Customer Marketing Specialist

Reporting to Pallavi Borkar, Manager, Product Marketing, you’ll be the expert dedicated to building campaigns and content for Dialogue’s members and clients. Your role is to help HR leaders and their employees from various industries understand how they can fully benefit from the Dialogue care experience.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Define and execute the member engagement strategy, and build a content calendar following content operations workflows and processes
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success and Member Experience teams to gain a deep understanding of member and client pain points and opportunities
  • Drive execution of creative campaigns, and member-specific onboarding and engagement communications in various formats (how-to guides, drip campaigns, monthly newsletters, infographics, webinars, events, video storyboards, etc.) that will educate Dialogue members and clients about the programs, features and functionality offered, and increase registration and utilization of Dialogue’s services to ensure client retention
  • Support the Customer Success team to educate clients and members about new programs & services, feature improvements, etc.
  • Support the Customer Base team by creating and executing campaigns that facilitate upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • BA or equivalent degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience creating 360 marketing campaigns, including content and copywriting (healthcare/technology/customer engagement experience is a plus)
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong analytical approach to execute marketing plans
  • Excellent communication writing and research skills; strong editorial and creative skills, with the ability to craft and edit messaging
  • Ability to work collaboratively on multiple cross-functional projects with different objectives simultaneously and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital content marketing trends

Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
