What You'll DoOnboard & Delight (≈ 60 %) – run 1:1 or small-group user sessions, demo key features, and set new users up for wins.Grow Accounts (≈ 25 %) – spot upsell moments, explain premium programs, and beat monthly targets.Champion the Community (≈ 10 %) – help organize in-person events, gather product ideas, and turn feedback into featuresRepresent the Brand (≈ 5 %) – staff booths at local events, answer questions, and convert fans into power usersYou'll Thrive Here If You..Are a people person—comfortable presenting, persistent with follow-ups, and energized by live conversations.Have 6–24 months in customer success, sales, hospitality, or any role with revenue targets (co-ops/internships count).Self-manage: plan your week, ask for feedback, iterate fast.Love sports (or at least the vibe). Betting savvy is a plus, not a must.Can be onsite daily at 370 King St W—streetcar stop outside, 10-min walk from Union Station.Bring the basics: Solid PowerPoint / Excel, and written communication skillsWe care more about ability to learn and deliver than ticking every box—if you’re close, apply!
