About the Role:
The Bilingual Contact Center Recruitment Specialist is a Hybrid position responsible for consistently achieving phone recruitment, resolution, and installation targets. You'll utilize proven recruitment techniques to engage pre-determined households and persuade them to participate in Nielsen ratings across our various panels. This role requires a unique combination of skills and style, along with in-depth knowledge of Nielsen's operations.
This role is a Hybrid position with a requirement to work in the office and has flexibility for working from home. The majority of the time will be spent working in the office.
Job Responsibilities & Home Office Requirements:Recruit households for Nielsen ratings panels via phoneConduct interviews, gather data, and schedule installationsMeet performance targets and quality standardsResolve objections and build rapport with householdsMaintain a home office with high-speed internet (80mbps download, 10mbps upload)Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsWhat You’ll Need:High school diploma or equivalent work experience.Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.Strong negotiation and customer service skillsMust have strong computer skills and working knowledge of IOS, MS Windows and Google applicationsExperience with CATI systems and dialers (preferred)#LI-SM1
