About Role:
The Cybersecurity Client Engagement Analyst provides client engagement oversight to all business units globally and reports into the SVP, Cybersecurity Performance Management. This position will be responsible for helping to drive revenue retention and growth by overseeing all cybersecurity related client interactions. The interactions include client due diligence efforts and the negotiation of contractual cybersecurity terms.
This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. The successful candidate must be able to engage with clients to strengthen their confidence in Nielsen’s cybersecurity program and come to agreement on cybersecurity related commitments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity expectations from Nielsen’s clients
Respond to client questionnaires and inquiries related to Requests for Proposal or our clients third party due diligence requirements.
Review and negotiate cybersecurity terms in contracts with clients and data sharing partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (including sales, technical experts, and project managers) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
AttendConduct regular Nielsen client meetings to address their concerns and identify new opportunities for engagement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to internal customer client satisfaction and overall engagement health.
Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact client relationships.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of client engagement processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a role working with Customers or clients.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Preferably Early Joiner.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and navigate challenging situations.
Experience in project management and service delivery oversight.
Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
