D365 Specialist

In Short:

We are excited to offer a Functional (SCM & Finance) D365 Administrator position in the field of IT to an entrepreneurial new member of our international team. You will work in an environment where we make ideas happen fast, decide quickly, and give you high levels of responsibility. You are familiar with different IT systems and technologies, and you understand how to transform business needs into technical requirements. Naturally, you have a “can-do” attitude, and you take pride in building rather than preserving. You will help improve the overall IT system landscape of On, which consists of a unique cloud-based infrastructure. You will help the IT team manage our external partners and major development projects. Furthermore, you already have or will develop a strong understanding of cloud-based systems, and you will be the first point of contact within On for IT support related issues.

Your Mission

• Provide amazing 2nd level software support for our ERP cloud service (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations)
• Investigate issues and escalate these to our developers or come up with your own solutions
• You are able to talk to business stakeholders and translate their needs into IT requirements
• Owning and managing the escalation of IT tickets, manage cutting edge IT projects
• Support and manage specific On IT systems administration and configuration tasks
• Help out managing access and permissions in all our Tools
• Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies

Your Story:

• Degree in computer science (ETH, Uni, FH) or equivalent experience
• 2+ year's hands-on experience in a relevant field of IT, business systems support or consultancy
• 1+ year experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (DMF, Order to pay, Order to cash, System administration, Security Management, Batch jobs, Inventory Management)
• You are dedicated to service and quality, and you are a team player
• You continuously strive to improve processes and efficiency
• You are able to work independently in a fast-growing company
• You have first experiences in managing IT projects or sub-projects
• You are fluent in English and Chinese 
• Experience with Salesforce would be a plus
