The Trust and Safety Operations team is focused (ok, maybe obsessed) on scaling Roblox's Operations organization and transforming our customer experience through our multi-year vision and strategy execution.
You will be reporting to the Senior Director of Moderation (Core). The Moderation team oversees all of the human content review for all of Roblox's global players, developers, and advertisers. This position is important to understanding and reporting on the operational performance of the Moderation organization. You will help the Senior Director identify opportunities to improve operations and engage with the Data Science teams to launch and track experiments to enhance all aspects of operational execution and data-driven decision-making.

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
