Position Details

Position Summary

This DATA & AUDIENCE ANALYST F/H role will support PSG's data-driven decision making across football operations and business functions. The position involves analyzing performance data, generating insights, and supporting strategic initiatives through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze football performance data and generate actionable insights
• Develop analytical models and visualization dashboards
• Support scouting and recruitment with data analysis
• Collaborate with coaching staff and football operations
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Maintain and improve data collection systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in sports
• Proficiency in statistical software and programming (Python, R, SQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of football analytics and performance metrics
• Fluency in French and English
