Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.
We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data and Reporting Analyst with a strong foundation in SQL, advanced spreadsheet analysis (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets), and a background in the iGaming industry. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This includes developing and maintaining reports, creating dashboards, and supporting internal teams with data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL to support operational and strategic business needsBuild and maintain automated reports and dashboards for business stakeholdersConduct in-depth analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and visualizationsTranslate data findings into clear, concise, and impactful business reports and presentationsCollaborate with teams across the business (Operations, Marketing) to identify opportunities, track KPIs, and measure performanceEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platformsAssist with ad hoc data requests and ongoing reporting needsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong proficiency in SQLExperience in using BI tools (Google Looker Studio, Metabase)Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, array formulas, charts, etc.)Proven experience working with data in the iGaming industry, preferably in sportsbook, casino, or affiliate verticalsExperience developing dashboards and reports that communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailComfortable working with large datasets and navigating ambiguityExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data in business termsWe are a multinational company with our headquarters based in Philadelphia, and offices in New York, Austin, and Sofia, Bulgaria.
