Role Responsibilities

Operations

Data Encoders are responsible for encoding TV and Radio broadcasts from sign-on to sign-off for free-to-air channels and pay TV channels using the Nielsen-provided software.

In charge of classifying TV/Radio programs and commercials.

In charge of identifying the correct start time and end time of airing.

Process and encode Print materials and Out-of-home media

Data encoders need to verify that the data they are entering is accurate and free of errors.

Administration

Ensures that performance management is set

Ensure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and procedures

Drive the Nielsen values through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment

Key Stakeholders & Interface

Internal

Regional and Local Leads

Corporate Functions including Finance and Human Resources

General Associates

Experiences & Qualifications

Graduate with any Bachelors Degree, preferably in Computer Science

2 years work experience in Data analysis, data encoding are added advantage

Average encoding speedwork onsite

Familiar on TV broadcast

Willing to work on weekend and/or holidays
