About the Role
Delivers operational activities (including data encoding, processing and quality control) with minimal supervision to ensure timely, effective and efficient process execution.
Role ResponsibilitiesOperationsData Encoders are responsible for encoding TV and Radio broadcasts from sign-on to sign-off for free-to-air channels and pay TV channels using the Nielsen-provided software.In charge of classifying TV/Radio programs and commercialsIn charge of identifying the correct start time and end time of airing.Process and encode Print materials and Out-of-home mediaData encoders need to verify that the data they are entering is accurate and free of errors.
AdministrationEnsures that performance management is setEnsure proper dissemination of information and implementation of company rules and regulations as well as policies and proceduresDrive the Nielsen values through the implementation of relevant organizational initiatives that build on employee commitment
