Build and maintain web scrapers to pull and enrich data for our CRM
Create and maintain a database outside of HubSpot for faster querying, analysis, and reporting
Automate manual data processes and file manipulations (imports, exports, data translations), documenting as you go
Design and implement custom lead routing and assignment logic to ensure accurate and timely lead distribution
Improve marketing attribution by integrating Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and ad platform APIswith HubSpot
Experiment with using AI/automation tools to accelerate data enrichment, analysis, and workflow optimization
Collaborate closely with the CRM Operations Specialist and Head of GTM to identify process improvements and scale data infrastructure
What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in a data engineering or API integration role
Strong proficiency with Python for API integrations and web scraping
Proven experience building and maintaining scrapers (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Playwright, Scrapy)
Advanced HubSpot expertise (data structures, workflows, custom API use)
Solid SQL and database skills (ETL, schema design, performance tuning)
Experience automating manual workflows and building custom logic for data flows
Experience designing lead routing/assignment processes and tools
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to support attribution
Experience applying AI tools (LLMs, automation frameworks) to streamline data tasks
Experience supporting GTM, sales, or marketing teams with technical solutions
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary, Stock Options, and Performance-based Bonuses
Comprehensive Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance
Unlimited PTO
Annual Company Offsites
Wellness Reimbursement
Catered Lunches/Snacks in NY
Ownership and Opportunity for Advancement
For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer equity and performance-based bonuses as part of our total compensation package. We believe in compensating fairly and transparently, and we’re happy to provide more detail during the interview process.
