Job Summary:
The role involves identifying on-air placements of television advertisements, programmes, and promotions.
Key Job Responsibilities :Processing television broadcast using Mediapad in a timely and accurate manner.Entering advertisements into the company’s database, adding meta-data such as product and a creative description of the advertisement.Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.Processing and delivering all required data to strict deadlines.Maintain the integrity of the operations department by following company policies and procedures; notifying the manager of any issues that may harm the collection of accurate data.Assisting in other areas of the operations department as requiredFulfilling any other tasks as requested by the managerCompetencies :Fast typing skillsFluent in English with excellent spelling and listening skills utilised for audio transcription.Attention to detail, accuracy, and timingCompetent computer-skills and confidence to learn new softwareAbility to keep to deadlines and stay focused on repetitive workAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team, within a global companyAwareness of brands in the assigned advertising market is desirableExperience or interest in the media business or market research is desirableProven experience with fast and accurate data processing is desirableKnowledge of Google suite of applications is desirable
