Job Description

Join our Operations team and play a critical role in the integrity of global media measurement data. This specialist position is the final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring that our clients receive highly accurate and reliable listening data. You will be responsible for the daily execution, quality control, and deep-dive analysis of complex data production workflows that directly support Nielsen's core deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Mastery: Execute and manage steps within a high-volume data production system, processing multiple data inputs and applying complex business logic to deliver data on schedule.
  • Workflow Oversight: Monitor system outputs in real-time to identify anomalies and ensure all markets are processed accurately and efficiently prior to release to downstream reporting systems.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct rigorous market-level data review and trend analysis to validate the accuracy of 'diary listening data' and identify potential issues or inconsistencies.
  • Compliance: Apply market-specific edit procedures and special handling rules to ensure consistent crediting and compliance across all measured stations and markets.
  • Root Cause Resolution: Provide critical analytical support to diagnose data anomalies, determine root causes, assess client impact, and develop swift mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to production processes by analyzing current rules, identifying defect trends, and updating operational documentation.
  • Load Management: Effectively manage assigned workload, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic operations environment.
Qualifications
  • Preferable experience as  Translator/ Data Entry/ Interpreter
  • Advanced level aptitude with data analysis tools such as Google Suite of Tools.
  • Ability to coordinate and track multiple processes that are in various stages of production.
  • Advanced english proficiency written and spoken
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to emerging technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems within a process autonomously.
  • Proven ability to create, evaluate, and improve processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
