About the Role

Garner is seeking an exceptional Demand Generation Manager, Inbound to join our Marketing team. You will own and optimize our organic growth engine, serving as the primary driver of our website and email lifecycle. You are a technical digital marketer who can build high-converting web pages, optimize for modern search and answer engines, and ensure every organic touchpoint is a strategic step toward a sales conversation.

Where you will work: This role is based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Conversion Ownership: Act as the primary owner of the website. Build and publish new pages, design and test user journeys, and optimize every entry point to maximize visitor-to-lead conversion rates.
  • Search & Answer Engine Optimization: Execute SEO and AEO strategies to ensure Garner is highly visible and authoritative in search results.
  • Email & Lifecycle Strategy: Own the execution of the email marketing program. Build and manage nurture tracks designed to educate prospects and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain a rigorous cadence of tracking and reporting across all owned channels. Monitor channel-specific metrics and report on the performance of downstream KPIs and qualified pipeline.
  • ABM Strategy Integration: Partner closely with the ABM Director to translate account-based strategies into technical website experiences and targeted email tracks for enterprise accounts.

What You’ll Bring to Garner:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 3+ years in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with proven success owning and optimizing web, SEO, and email channels to drive pipeline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Webflow, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs). Expertise with AI (Gemini/Claude), ABM platforms, and GTM automation (Clay) is a significant plus.
  • Full-Funnel Orchestration: A systems-thinking approach to demand gen, understanding how organic channels and automation work together to move prospects from curiosity to qualified opportunity.
  • Analytical Rigor: A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies and optimized conversion paths.
  • Collaborative Agility: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments through cross-functional alignment.
  • Mission-Driven Focus: A genuine passion for fixing the American healthcare system through data-driven transparency.
  • High-Agency Accountability: A bias for action, operating with intense urgency, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to authentic, direct feedback.

Compensation Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $135,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
