We’re looking for a Design Producer to join our team. As a Design Producer, you will play a crucial role in enabling our hardware and software design teams to focus on what truly matters: creating innovative, high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be the driving force behind the team, ensuring that projects are well-organized, timelines are met, and obstacles are removed. Your leadership and commitment to fostering a collaborative and positive work environment will be key in helping the team deliver exceptional results.

What You will do:

  • Project Management: Coordinate all phases of hardware design projects, from initial concept through to final production.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions to keep the team focused and on track.
  • Team Empowerment: Create an environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership among team members. Act as a buffer between the team and external pressures, allowing the team to concentrate on critical design tasks without unnecessary distractions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review project status, gather feedback, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Lead the team in identifying and resolving challenges that arise during the design process.
  • Make informed decisions quickly, balancing the need for timely action with the importance of thoughtful consideration.
  • Encourage a problem-solving mindset, empowering team members to take initiative and contribute to finding solutions.
  • Quality and Innovation: Ensure that the team maintains a strong focus on quality, from initial design through to final product testing.
  • Champion innovative thinking, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches that can enhance product design and performance.
  • Drive continuous learning and development within the team, promoting the adoption of best practices and new technologies.


We would love to have You on our team, if you have:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a production role
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude with a relentless drive to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in high complexity environments. .
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
