Job Description

Responsibilities

  •  Assist and produce graphic design initiatives in conjunction with appropriate Major League Baseball departments and consistent with their marketing plans, including:
    • Club graphic identities/commemorative logos
    • Sales promotion and presentation materials
    •  Exhibit environmental design
    • Retail marketing and point-of-purchase design
    • Communication and collateral material
  • Create design solutions, including:
    •  Design direction to outside supplies and vendors
    •  Evaluation of creative executions
    •  Creation and production of graphic standards
    •  Budget and timeline management
  • Assist in the development of creative presentations, including:
    • Consumer products/licensee design inspiration boards
    • Creation of creative communication presentation materials (i.e. concept boards, product comps, and presentation decks)
  • Assist in the production of environmental design for initiatives in conjunction with appropriate Major League Baseball
    departments and consistent with their marketing plans, including:
    • Exhibit environmental design
    • Pre and Post production work
    • Retail Marketing and Point-of-purchase design
    • Tickets, invitations, and collateral materials

Qualification

  • College degree
  • Minimum of 2 years advertising and/or graphic design experience
  • Understanding of graphic design, post production, and printing
  • Extensive knowledge of graphic production and computers
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiar with PowerPoint/Keynote, Word, and Excel
  • Baseball and sports enthusiast preferred


Pay Range: $30 - $34 per hour

The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work
experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring
decision.
