What you will be doing

• Guide CRO and product teams with data-driven insights to support critical decision-making
• Design and execute A/B tests that unlock opportunities for improved player acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Partner with analytics developers to ensure bulletproof data collection, tracking implementation, and swift issue resolution
• Build and maintain dashboards and alerting systems for real-time monitoring of conversion metrics
• Dive deep into user behavior patterns to identify UX enhancements and product adoption opportunities
• Uncover customer preferences and market trends that inform our product strategy

What we are looking for

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sharp attention to detail
• Solid SQL skills for database querying and data manipulation
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and visualization tools
