Position Summary

The Digital Content Creator-Videographer will work within the News/Agriculture Division of LEARFIELD to assist with content creation (graphic design, video, audio, and text), and various marketing needs: campaign placements, reporting, and analysis. This position can either be hired as a Level I or II depending upon experience level.

 

Core Position Responsibilities

  • The Primary duty is to assist with video editing and production for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Implement, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns on various platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and more.
  • Aid with graphic design requests.
  • Develop marketing campaign landing pages
  • Develop marketing campaign performance and analytic reports
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred but not required\
  • Digital Advertising Specialist I require 1+ year and the II requires 2+ years of experience working on a team to implement and optimize social media and digital advertising and video campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, Premiere Pro, and WordPress
  • Experience developing promotional graphics, editing video and audio
  • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
  • Experience with placing paid social advertising
  • Familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and more
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a cohesive team environment
