Position Details

Position Summary

This Digital Manager, Global Partnerships TKO position will contribute to UFC's digital strategy and social media presence. The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and connecting with UFC's passionate global fan community.

Essential Functions

• Create and manage content for UFC's digital platforms and social media
• Develop social media strategies to drive engagement and growth
• Monitor social media trends and fan conversations
• Coordinate with creative teams on content production
• Analyze digital metrics and provide performance insights
• Support live event coverage and real-time content creation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in digital content creation and social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
• Excellent writing and content creation skills
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Passion for UFC and combat sports
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
