<div><span style="font-size: 10pt;">W</span><span style="font-size: 9pt;">e are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own the paid media for Everlywell across paid search, display, and expansion ppc channels.

You’ll join a team of passionate and mission-driven marketers striving to make lab testing accessible for everyone.

This role reports to the Head of Growth and will partner closely with members of the acquisition and product team.</span></div></br><b>

What You'll Do

</b></br><li>Own end to end management of multiple ppc channels: paid search, display, and test channels.</li><li>Maintain ongoing measurement of channel level KPIs and report on performance daily, weekly and quarterly.</li><li>Deploy best in class Google Ads practices across PMAX, Shopping, and Search ads.</li><li>Begin to scale local search ad campaigns for our growing in-person testing option.</li><li>Create and drive campaigns leveraging rules based automation to scale and evolve the existing robust program.</li><li>Consistently facilitate detailed audience segmentations and/or keyword research to inform bid strategies and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders through deep understanding of our customers.</li><li>Define experiments to iterate and enhance the status quo.</li><li>Partner internally with analyst to drive data insights and action on key learnings.</li><li>Manage reporting exercises that leverage first and third party data&nbsp; insights to enhance persona building and media consumption behaviors for first and repeat purchases.</li></br><b>

Who You Are

</b></br><li>8 years experience in digital media (search and other ppc channels) campaign management with recent direct to consumer or relevant agency experience.</li><li>Proven campaign management with comfort and prior experience managing 7-figure paid media budgets.</li><li>You are technical, analytical, and empathetic to the customer’s wants and needs.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering impact through through paid digital channels to grow consumer sales.</li><li>Strong handle of evolving trends in search including PMAX deployment and AI driven marketing.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with prior experience leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Search, Google Analytics, DMP platform management, etc.) to inform tactical decisions and strategy.</li><li>Bonus: knowledge of affiliate channels and SEO experience.</li><li>Bonus: previous experience in health tech.</li><li>Strong communicator both up and down.</li><li>Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment</li></br><div><i style="font-size: 16px;">This salary range for this position is $110,000 - $142,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, location (ATX or NYC) and internal equity.
