We’re looking for a Digital Platforms UA Specialist who will plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition on channels like Reddit, Quora, Taboola, Snapchat, and Twitter/X. You’ll run structured experiments to improve efficiency and scale profitable growth.
Manage end-to-end campaign setup and optimization across assigned platforms (targeting, bids, budgets, creatives).
Collaborate with Analytics and Creative to design tests, ensure clean tracking, and translate insights into action.
Use data (CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, ROAS) and experimentation frameworks to improve efficiency and hit targets.
Identify channel opportunities, propose test roadmaps, and document learnings in clear playbooks.
Maintain a weekly performance cadence with concise reporting and recommendations.
Practical experience running campaigns on at least one relevant platform with clear efficiency improvements.
Strong understanding of experimentation design, attribution basics, and performance KPIs.
Excellent analytical skills in Sheets/Excel; comfortable diagnosing issues and proposing fixes.
Proven ability to prioritize high-impact tests and scale winning tactics.
Bonus: Experience with mobile UA/MMPs, SQL, or creative testing frameworks.
