Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days/week. We will be expanding to 3 days/week in the office beginning April of 2024.
About the Role
As a member of our expanding Growth team, you’ll play a central role in making sure that every eligible individual within our client base receives the hyper-customized experience they need to sign up for Hinge Health. You’ll help us scale our B2C marketing channels - primarily direct mail, but also email and SMS — through automation, working as the go-to production expert in platforms such as Iterable. You’ll work directly with our direct mail lead associate and our vendor, Print For Less (PFL), to optimize ongoing build processes, stand up new direct mail processes, and experiment with formats to scale winning pieces for best enrollment performance.
