About the Role:

We are seeking a Director, Affiliate and Growth Partnerships to lead the strategy, roadmap development, and execution of high-impact affiliate and growth initiatives within the Growth Marketing team. This role is responsible for scaling core affiliate channels while identifying, launching, and managing high-leverage partnerships across new and existing verticals. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Executive stakeholders to ensure programs align with key business objectives and long-term financial performance targets.

The role encompasses full lifecycle ownership of partnerships—from sourcing and deal negotiation to launch and sustained growth—while ensuring quality customer acquisition and maintaining alignment with LTV/CAC, ROAS, and other key financial metrics. The Director also provides leadership and development to a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.

You Will Manage:

  • Growth Partnership Strategy & Execution: Spearhead strategy and execution of affiliate and adjacent growth partnerships—from opportunity scoping and negotiations to launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Roadmap Ownership & Team Leadership: Define and manage the roadmap for the affiliate and partnerships team, with a focus on category expansion, new vertical development, and long-term scalability.

  • Performance & Quality Assurance: Drive affiliate and partnership performance to meet aggressive acquisition and revenue goals while improving customer quality and reducing fraud/low-value conversions in alignment with key financial metrics (LTV/CAC, ROAS).

  • Partnership Development: Source, secure, and nurture long-term partnerships with content publishers, SEO properties, influencers, loyalty and cashback platforms, comparison engines, and emerging affiliate categories.

  • Creative Strategy & Placement Oversight: Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to ensure partner content and placements are compelling, brand-aligned, and conversion-optimized.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics, test hypotheses, and implement data-informed strategies to continually improve ROI and channel contribution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Product, Legal, Analytics, and Executive stakeholders to ensure affiliate and partnership strategies support major launches, regulatory needs, and company-wide objectives.

  • Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team focused on affiliate and partnership excellence, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and results.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 5+ years in affiliate marketing roles.

  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing multi-million dollar affiliate programs with clear business outcomes.

  • Strong experience negotiating partnerships, placements, and compensation models (e.g., CPL, CPA).

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and attribution (e.g., Impact, Partnerize).

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and campaigns concurrently.

  • Passionate about health and wellness, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience in health & wellness, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) industries.

  • Comfortable with sourcing and developing large-scale business partnerships that are responsible for revenue growth

  • Familiarity with SEO and influencer marketing as adjacent channels to affiliate growth.

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats
