TPH Academy is thrilled to be launching its 25^th Academy at The Crossover, a destination connecting families for athletic events, training, wellness, entertainment, and now, a day academy that brings together sport-training, academics, and mentorship opportunities for 6-12 grade aspiring-elite student-athletes.  All we need is a wildly passionate, knowledgeable leader to turn our Study-Train-Play Academy model vision into reality in Austin, TX.  

In short, the Director & Head of Academics is the "face" of TPH Academy, and will lead us in 5 key areas:

1. Recruiting strategy and execution, leading us to attract the right student-athletes to help advance in and beyond the game, year after year 
2. Business operations, ensuring quality and efficiency are at the forefront, which unleashes us to spend the greatest amount of time possible doing what we love: developing and advancing the next generation of impact players!
3. Athletic partnership cultivation and growth, making sure the sport leaders we align with are doing their part to supercharge the development of our student-athletes 
4. Individualization and customization of our blended learning experience, setting us up to deliver the type of offering synonymous with TPH Academy 
5. Academy culture building, so that we’re preparing our student-athletes for success in the ultimate game… the game of life!
