The Opportunity: Join Midi Health as a B2B Marketing Director, where you'll lead strategic marketing efforts to expand our presence in the healthcare industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape partnerships with major health plans, employers, and health systems, driving awareness and engagement for our innovative women's midlife health solutions. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of transforming the healthcare experience for women navigating midlife challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, insurers, employers and relevant organizations.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.

Product Marketing:

  • Develop differentiated positioning strategies to attract new partners in the employer, insurance, and health systems.
  • Launch and promote new partnerships, enhancing engagement and growing our patient base.

Lead Generation:

  • Design and implement B2B marketing strategies to increase lead generation (target audience- benefit partners, health systems, health systems)
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive experience in lead generation, product marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

You May Also Have:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience with email marketing, webinars, and creating white papers.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry's regulatory environment.
