Overview /Objective:
The Director of Business Development & Operations will play a key role in developing NFL Germany Office’s business within the NFL’s International unit. The NFL Germany Office is responsible for the bringing the NFL closer to the German, Austrian and Swiss fans, growing NFL fandom, amplifying the NFL International Games in Germany, executing in-market events, managing existing and potential commercial and media partners in Germany, supporting the NFL teams with Global Market Program rights for the German market, establishing and developing the American Football stakeholder network in Germany, working with federations and clubs to grow the sports on the grassroots level and collaborating with all other relevant departments of the NFL and NFL International (e.g. Global Events, Consumer Products, Consumer Insights) to drive the growth of American Football and the NFL. International growth and expansion are a strategic priority for the NFL globally, and in DACH specifically, with this role being responsible for driving key aspects of the operations in Germany. This is an exciting new opportunity to take on a leadership role in one of the NFL’s key business units and work with other NFL stakeholders, NFL partners, and NFL clubs.

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
