Position Summary

This Director, Finance position will support AMB Group's financial operations and strategic financial planning across our diverse portfolio of businesses. The role involves financial analysis, reporting, and supporting decision-making processes that drive organizational growth.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with business units on financial planning and analysis

• Support audit processes and maintain financial documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools

• Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications

• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills

• CPA or relevant professional certification preferred
