We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of cross-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock scalable growth.
This leader will sit at the center of Sales, Product, Creative, Performance, and Brand Marketing to ensure we show up in-market with clarity, differentiation, and measurable impact. The Director will translate enterprise strategy into integrated programs that drive demand, deepen client relationships, and accelerate commercial outcomes.
This role requires equal parts strategic vision, operational rigor, and creative problem solving.
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York City office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
