YOUR PROFILEYou have a proven track record of managing IT teams, implementing robust IT infrastructure, and aligning technology strategies with business objectives, particularly in the context of regulatory complianceYou have successfully completed your training or studies in the field of information technology You have strong organizational leadership skills and already led at least one team for a significant period of timeYou have experience in establishing and monitoring key ITIL processes, including incident management, change management, problem management, and service level managementYou have certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMPIdeally you have a qualification to accompany trainees during their vocational trainings in our company (AEVO)Experience in a SaaS company with strong growth is an advantageExcellent communication skills in English and ideally also in GermanWHO WE ARE
