•Extensive leadership experience across IT or Engineering in high-growth environments.

Demonstrated ability to tackle a broad range of business challenges, moving seamlessly from high-level strategy to direct system engineering and delivery.•Outstanding business partnership skills, capable of excellent storytelling, problem solving, and transparent communications.
•Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams and setting a high bar for quality and reliability.
