PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

What We Do

Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. As part of Epic’s Growth Team, we use our product expertise to identify and drive growth levers to grow our player base and business.

What You'll Do

Leverage your industry experience and product knowledge to help shape the KWS product. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams at Epic and align efforts with senior leadership. With a strong passion for online safety, you’ll use partner feedback to prioritize feature development and effectively communicate these features to key partners and public policy leaders across the industry.

In this role, you will

  • Collaborate with KWS Engineering on product development and roadmap planning
  • Represent KWS at major industry events and policy forums
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Public Policy, Communications, and Partnerships teams
  • Deliver a strategic vision to expand KWS into new markets and product categories
  • Lead large-scale partner strategies to drive adoption and scale of KWS products across the industry and major gaming/tech platforms
  • Stay engaged with the age assurance landscape to bring the latest insights and data to KWS product and engineering teams
  • Manage key partnerships with industry players, including verification providers and safe harbor certifiers

What we're looking for

  • 7-10 Years in the Online Safety / Policy Space working with regulators and or platforms focused on child safety
  • Deep knowledge of child online safety products and relevant regulations
  • Proven experience engaging with global regulators, safe harbor organizations, and policy teams—preferably in the gaming sector
  • Hands-on experience launching compliance and policy-driven features within large technology or gaming ecosystems
  • Solid understanding of the global age assurance landscape, including verification and age estimation technologies and vendors
  • Background in business development or strategic partnerships

This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

$280,593$411,536 USD
California Base Pay Range
$280,593$411,536 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$255,085$374,124 USD
