Requirements:10+ years of building high-performing, healthy mobile teams that addressed increasingly complex technical and organizational challengesDeep experience in the iOS or Android native SDK. We prefer iOS candidates to balance our internal team experienceActively coached and mentored team members in their careersShipped many large scale projects with multiple dependencies across teamsStrong communication and analytical skillsExperience with CI/CD workflows and toolsExperience with Monitoring, Logging, Reporting, and Alerting frameworks like Crashlytics, Embrace, New Relic, and DatadogProficient with Jira, Confluence, Github, and AI AutocompleteScrappy, creative problem solver who is willing to dive in wherever is neededConsistently made culture choices that positively impact all of engineeringHumility, empathy and open-mindedness - no egosBelieve that strong teams are built on trust and autonomyPassion for the outdoors
