OUR TEAM
Zynga’s Applied AI group focuses on developing innovative ways to tackle problems within the game development process, demonstrating directly the ways that AI can improve the creativity and efficiency of team members across Zynga. Our team is multi-disciplinary, and includes Engineers, Data Scientists and Product Managers among others. We build cloud-based tools and technologies to support every aspect of the development process, from concept development through to LiveOps and publishing operations.
We’re looking for a leader in the Product Management space that is passionate about customer-centricity and enjoys geeking out about ways to leverage AI to improve the lives of our players and employees.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, mentor, and lead an impactful product team, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive leadership and other team members.
- Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs, problems, and desires.
- Be an advocate for the team across the business, and own relationships with various partners.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and analyze customer feedback to advise on product decisions.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, go-to-market strategy, to launch and beyond, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven products to market.
- Identify and prioritize features and improvements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure product development processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry standard methodologies.
- Drive product decisions and improvements using data, creating and monitoring important metrics to measure the success of your choices.
- Stay current on trends and advancements in the AI ecosystem, promoting ethical AI development and maintaining a strong focus on user privacy and data security.
- Foster positive relationships and open communication among teams across various functions to educate our customers and share best practices.
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring products are crafted and developed with the end user in mind and making sure that our products not only meet customer needs but also push the boundaries of innovation in the industry.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. An advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) would be a plus.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of AI applications, methods, and industry trends.
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to challenge and influence in a collaborative way
