The annual base salary for this position ranges from $159,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $336,800.00 in our highest geographic market. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will lead a team across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids account sales in the West region, reporting to senior sales leadership. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service, and Human Resources to drive aligned strategies, elevate execution, and strengthen marketplace partnerships. • Lead and scale account strategies across key partners, aligning to Nike’s brand and commercial priorities
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior customer stakeholders to influence decisions and unlock growth Drive end-to-end business planning including revenue targets, forecasting, profitability, and scenario modeling
• Partner with Product, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing to deliver compelling assortments and premium consumer experiences
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of account sales professionals across the region
