This role will play a crucial role in enhancing Intellect's health strategy by spearheading the development of Intellect's own Third Party Administrator (TPA) solution. The focus will primarily be on building robust networks on a global scale. Additionally, as part of this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing the claims processing system, encompassing medication-related claims processing.

• Set up a comprehensive Third Party Administrator (TPA) network on a global scale, with a starting point in Singapore. This network will not only include professionals in the field of psychology but also experts in psychiatry, ensuring that our services cover a wide spectrum of mental health needs.
• Engage in Business Development activities, leveraging our TPA services to forge partnerships with insurers and corporates. By showcasing the value and benefits of our TPA service, we aim to establish strong collaborations that further enhance the accessibility and affordability of mental health support for individuals and organizations alike.
• Establish a robust claims processing protocol and efficient operations to ensure smooth and timely reimbursement of expenses. This includes implementing streamlined procedures and leveraging technology to optimize the claims handling process, resulting in quicker settlements and improved overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in successfully setting up and efficiently managing Third Party Administrator (TPA) operations
• Strong comprehension of the employee benefits landscape, including a deep understanding of industry regulations, policies, and best practices
• Proven track record and extensive professional network with established insurers and TPAs, which would greatly contribute to rapid client onboarding and seamless collaborations
• Highly motivated and proactive individual who takes ownership of tasks, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses the ability to think critically and independently
• Open to candidates in Singapore and Malaysia
