Due to continued business growth, we’re recruiting for a commercially driven Distribution Manager to lead our ANZ Distribution Centre operations.


You’ll play a key role in delivering operational excellence across our multi-brand portfolio, driving performance, efficiency and service outcomes that support the continued growth of Amer Sports in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the ANZ Distribution Centre, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery across all brands.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth, customer expectations and supply chain performance.
  • Own the Distribution Centre budget, including labour planning, operating costs, capital investments and productivity targets.
  • Drive operational excellence across inbound, warehousing, inventory management, value-added services, returns and outbound distribution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including safety, service, cost efficiency, productivity and inventory accuracy.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean principles, process optimisation and warehouse technologies.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planning, Finance, IT and Commercial teams to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners, equipment providers and external vendors to ensure operational reliability.
  • Represent ANZ distribution operations in regional and global logistics forums, supporting transformation and innovation initiatives.

About You

  • 7+ years proven leadership experience in distribution centre, warehouse or supply chain operations.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing operational budgets and cost drivers.
  • A people-first leader who builds high-performing teams and fosters a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate operational data into clear actions and performance improvements.
  • Experienced working cross-functionally with supply chain, planning, customer service, finance and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-brand or multi-channel environment with seasonal demand fluctuations.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), automation or warehouse technology is highly regarded.
