Your Role

Are you passionate about crafting engaging messages that captivate audiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets strategy? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Email and WhatsApp Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end execution of email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and deployment.

Maintain and optimize our customer and lead databases to ensure accurate targeting and segmentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.

Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for maximum engagement and conversion.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in email and WhatsApp marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifiers

3- 8 years of experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or a related field.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and WhatsApp business tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
