MS NOW is seeking a Production Assistant to join our direct-to-consumer (DTC) programming strategy team. The position requires strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a keen eye for timely, impactful storytelling.

This position is represented by the Writers Guild of America East.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Producers, Coordinating Producers to edit DTC exclusive content
• Support daily curation of DTC exclusive content across all platforms 
• Research and fact-check stories quickly and accurately
• Perform data research and basic analytics to identify audience trends, content performance, and emerging market opportunities 
• Identify and flag standout video and audio clips for exclusive DTC exclusive content
• Pitch creative for DTC, including engaging social media news stories and ongoing trends (both daily and long-term)
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Content Strategy (e.g., decks, research, analytics, data summaries)
• As needed, support DTC community efforts, including content moderation
