Wargaming Forge is an early career talent development program, which offers a range of opportunities for talented individuals to undertake unique, first-class internships and training courses at one of the biggest names in game development. Launched in 2017, the program has proved to be a great success and currently operates in Vilnius, Prague, Nicosia, and Belgrade, with plans to expand to other studios in the future. Applicants learn from industry experts, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience that allows them to take the first step in their game dev career. We are looking for a Wargaming Forge Program Manager in Nicosia to help us bring our programs to even higher heights.

What will you do?

• Develop training and internship programs for Wargaming’s product teams to hire early career talents
• Create training programs for internal trainers and mentors to support their development as ambassadors of WG Forge
• Support administration of online learning material, including scheduling and system management
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders acting as the point of contact for WG Forge in Cyprus
• Develop deep and trusted relationships with educational institutions in Cyprus, create opportunities for Wargaming experts to contribute to growing young talents via various initiatives, and work with university staff to promote Wargaming as a great place to work 
• Attend various events as required to promote Wargaming and WG Forge
• Collaborate with other teams (Employer Branding, Learning and Development, Events, Talent Acquisition and other) to ensure successful end-to-end implementation of programs

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in creation and implementation of Career Development programmes, experience in Early Careers Development would be a significant advantage
• Understanding of HR, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding processes and principles 
• Proven experience in project / product management, preferably related to education or Early Careers
• Experience in online learning systems would be advantageous
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate solutions effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Great English language skills
• Ability to easily adapt to changes

What will help you to stand out?

• Experience in Learning and Development would be beneficial
• Experience working in large corporations with matrix structure
• An interest in the gaming industry would be beneficial
