Who We’re Looking for:
Therabody is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage and grow our international e-commerce sales across all platforms. This role will be responsible for co-developing and executing a comprehensive international e-commerce sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on maximizing online revenue across all channels, including our rapidly growing .com platform and existing Amazon marketplaces.
The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in managing revenue-driving programs for international e-commerce platforms and a deep understanding of online marketplace operations. This role works closely with the Director of International Digital Market and E-commerce.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the international e-commerce sales strategy, maximizing online sales across all platforms, prioritizing growth of the .com webshop. This includes collaborating with B2B market leads to build integrated sales plans for each marketManage and coordinate product listings (product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory availability) across multiple international marketplaces, leveraging best practices across all platformsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and search rankings to identify opportunities for improvement by working together with global CX and media teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment across the business and support for e-commerce & Amazon initiativesDrive promotional plans, coordinate product launches, and communicate pricing strategies across the international marketsStay up to date with e-commerce and Amazon best practices, industry trends, and local policy changes for each market and work together with the International Legal Rep to ensure compliance and optimize sales performanceManage relationships with Global Amazon account managers and our Amazon Marketing Agencies to ensure the right parameters are in place to drive international growth and improve operational efficiencyPrepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics, sales trends, and actionable insights to the international management teamThe Right Person Would Have5+ years in managing international e-commerce sales across multiple platforms, including experience with AmazonBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plusIn-depth knowledge of Amazon's marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisionsDemonstrated experience in driving sales growth and achieving targets within an e-commerce environmentExcellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholdersProactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practicesExperience in managing international e-commerce operations and working with global marketplaces is preferredFluency in additional languages is a plus, as this role will involve managing international markets (UK, FR, DE, IT, ESP).Therabody is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion.
