What You Will Do
Tonal is looking for an organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented Ecommerce Associate to join our Revenue team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Ecommerce, this person will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Tonal.com, ensuring our digital experience is fresh, functional, and optimized for performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Creative, Performance Media, and Customer Support to help manage site updates, promotional activity, and conversion optimization initiatives.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their ecommerce or marketing career who is excited to roll up their sleeves, work on meaningful projects, and grow their experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of Tonal.com, including uploading new content, updating product pages, and ensuring accuracy across the site
Coordinate and traffic site changes across cross-functional teams, managing timelines and approvals to ensure on-time execution
Assist in QA and testing for new features, promotions, and CRO experiments
Create and manage promotional coupon codes in Shopify, ensuring proper tracking, usage limits, and timely reconciliation
Pull regular performance reports to support campaign analysis and identify trends or issues
Support the upkeep and publishing of Tonal’s blog content, including formatting posts and optimizing for SEO
Maintain internal documentation for ecommerce workflows, processes, and promotion calendars
Help monitor site performance and flag bugs or technical issues to internal or external partners for resolution
Collaborate with Customer Support and Logistics teams to troubleshoot order-related issues tied to ecommerce operations
Assist with competitive research and benchmarking to stay current on best practices and emerging ecommerce trends
Who You Are
2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Shopify or similar CMS platforms
Familiar with Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools like Jira
Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving processes
Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders of varying levels
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Passion for health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
