Overview
As our Editorial & Storytelling Specialist, you will own and elevate editorial storytelling across Eversports, with a strong focus on the DACH market and global campaigns. You will create content that brings our brand, customers and industry expertise to life: from ebooks and industry reports to customer stories, interviews, thought leadership pieces and campaign narratives.
This is not a pure copywriting role. We are looking for someone who can think editorially, take ownership, ask the right questions, spot strong stories and turn complex topics into clear, engaging content. You will work at the intersection of brand, content strategy, audience insights and AI-supported content innovation. ✨
Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Your Tasks
- Own the DACH and global editorial calendar and keep our content planning focused, consistent and proactive
- Create and manage long-form content such as ebooks, industry reports, customer stories, interviews and case studies
- Turn customer insights, market trends and strategic messages into content that feels clear, relevant and human
- Shape campaign narratives and translate them into strong content formats across different channels
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice and high editorial quality across Eversports content
- Coordinate freelance writers, translations and content adaptations across markets
- Work closely with Brand, Design, Video, Website, Growth Marketing, Sales and local market teams
- Use audience research, interviews, surveys and performance insights to identify new content opportunities
- Explore AI-supported workflows to improve research, ideation, production and content quality
- Bring fresh ideas for storytelling formats, thought leadership and content innovation
Your Profile
- Native German and fluent English, with excellent writing and editing skills
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial work, journalism, storytelling or a similar field
- You know how to turn complex topics into engaging, well-structured content
- You have experience owning content projects from idea to publication
- You are organised, proactive and comfortable managing several projects at once
- You enjoy interviewing people, asking thoughtful questions and finding the story behind the facts
- You have strong editorial judgment and care deeply about quality, clarity and tone of voice
- You can work independently while collaborating closely with different teams and stakeholders
- You are curious about AI and excited to explore smarter content workflows
- You are interested in sports, fitness, boutique studios, racket sports or the sports-tech world
- Experience with thought leadership, reports, ebooks, customer research or freelancer coordination is a big plus

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a minimum yearly gross salary of EUR 39,000 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)
