Our collective work and expertise in biology, engineering, data science, and nutrition science has led to multiple breakthrough papers in leading scientific journals such as Nature Medicine, Science, The Lancet, and more.

We’re looking to partner with a talented Employee Relations Consultant to support our team at ZOE.

You’ll have a strong background in supporting ER cases, drafting policies, and producing written documentation. Ideally, you’ll hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification, and you’ll be ready to join a busy, diverse team in a start-up environment.

This is a part-time role, 3 days a week, with a view to support us for a period of 3 months. Flexibility is available around specific working hours.

You'll be...

Working closely with our team across the UK, US and EU, supporting managers and employees.

Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues, managing and resolving them effectively.

Drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines - you’ll be comfortable with an environment where structured processes are not firmly in place.

Conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

Using your knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Creating and implementing best practices for employee relations.

You’ll be a great fit if you have…

A minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification.

Proven experience in supporting employee relations cases.

Extensive knowledge of employment law across the UK at a minimum, ideally as well as the US and EU.

Strong experience in drafting policies and creating written documentation, ideally in a less structured organisation or within a start-up environment.

The ability to flex your approach to a new environment and build effective relationships with our team.
