As an Engineering Manager at Blink Health you are respected by colleagues for your industry leadership experience, ability to inspire and attract key talent, passion for customers and track record of delivering high-quality products that delight customers.
In this role, your team will own core platforms powering Blink's mission to make prescription medications accessible and affordable for everyone. You will lead a team of software engineers responsible for creating and evolving underlying systems to scale with Blink's expected hypergrowth. You are passionate about building and reinforcing a modern engineering culture, one where AI-augmented development, experimentation, and technical innovation are part of how the team works every day, not afterthoughts. Your team is proud of what they ship because you've built a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and forward-thinking craft. You will define and drive a long-term roadmap for your team, and you will scale your leadership across multiple teams.
