Overview
Join Eversports as our Engineering Manager and take the lead in one our engineering teams. Your set will look like: steering the team, leadership, and people development to drive our mission: “Make sports happen!”
Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)
Planned start: June 2026

Your Tasks
You’ll own a key part of our product by leading a team focused on onboarding providers, working closely with marketing, sales, customer care, and finance. You will improve our external but also our internal products (not just customer-facing ones) and thrive in cross-functional environments. With a strong engineering background, you’ll guide priorities, support your team, and help turn ambiguity into clear direction and results.
- Ensure strong technical ownership within the team by supporting and empowering Tech Leads
- Partner with Product and Tech to align business goals with technical strategy and roadmap
- Ensure high engineering standards through reviews, planning, and tech debt management
- Own hiring and team lifecycle, from role definition to onboarding and offboarding
- Drive reliable delivery by setting goals, tracking progress, and removing blockers
- Improve team performance through better processes, dependency management, and metrics
- Lead performance and career development through feedback, reviews, and coaching
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team culture
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and guide the team with clear ownership
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems with ownership of complex features or services
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams
- Background in agile workflows (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
- Experience working in continuous delivery environments
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, or TypeScript
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
