As we evolve our strategy for 2026, we are moving upmarket. We are targeting Global Fortune 500s and complex APAC conglomerates.
This is not a traditional "SDR" role. We are not looking for someone to make 100 blind calls a day. We are looking for an Intelligence Officer and Strategic Partner to our Senior Enterprise AEs. You will be the driver of our pipeline, using outreach tools and understanding human psychology to open doors that others cannot.
The Mission: What You Will Do
You will be paired with a Senior Enterprise Partner to attack a "Must-Win" list of Global Accounts. Your goal is not volume; it is penetration.
- Strategic Account Mapping: You will deconstruct complex organizations. You won’t just find a name; you will map the "Buying Committee" (Budget Holders in Singapore, Influencers in Tokyo, Champions in Sydney) and define the path to power.
- Orchestrate "Smart" Outbound: You will operate and improve our automation stack. You will design multi-threaded campaigns that blend automated efficiency with high-touch, hyper-personalized human intervention.
- Executive-Level Communication: You will write to key client stakeholders. Your emails will not sound like sales templates; they will sound like peer-to-peer business correspondence, leveraging research, recent news, and cultural nuance.
- Signal Intelligence: You will monitor personal action triggers and market triggers to time our outreach.
- Qualification & Handover: You are the gatekeeper of the pipeline. You will conduct initial qualification calls to ensure we only deploy our Senior AEs on opportunities with genuine pain and intent.
We are selective. We are looking for "Business Acumen" over "Sales Aggression."
- You are a Researcher at heart: You genuinely enjoy digging into a company’s Annual Report or LinkedIn data to find the "hook."
- You possess "Written Elegance": You know that in Enterprise sales, clarity is king. You can write a compelling 3-sentence email that respects the prospect's time and intelligence, and does not sound like ChatGPT.
- You have High EQ & Cultural Fluency: You understand the difference between selling to a Western Expat vs. a local Family Conglomerate. You understand "Face," hierarchy, and the subtlety required in APAC business.
- You are Tech-Native: You don't just use tools; you master them. You are comfortable configuring workflows and enhancing our use of tools.
- Experience: 1.5 – 3 years of professional experience.
- Preferred Backgrounds: Agency Recruitment (Headhunting), Boutique Consulting, or B2B Enterprise SDR experience.
- Language: Native-level written and spoken English.
- Track Record: Proven history of performance
Bonus: Experience selling to HR, Wellbeing Leader or People Operations
