As the Enterprise Wellbeing Solutions Lead, you will lead the Enterprise Wellbeing Solutions team consisting of a dynamic group of high-performing Wellbeing Consultants within the Revenue department.

This team is responsible for driving consultative sales, solution development, and seamless implementation for our company’s key enterprise client segment. The role requires a unique blend of sales leadership and consulting expertise, specifically from individuals with a background in implementation and delivery consulting, as opposed to traditional SaaS sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership and Training Mentorship:
    • Lead and inspire the Enterprise Wellbeing Solutions team to achieve sales targets, pipeline growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
    • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team culture focused on consultative sales and solution development.
    • Train and mentor the Wellbeing Consultants to continuously improve in their approach and ability to hit targets
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
    • Provide strategic guidance to the team in crafting tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic initiatives.
    • Create playbooks over time of our effective consultative sales approach
  • Consultative Approach:
    • Ensure the team maintains a consultative approach in understanding client needs, co-creating tailored wellbeing solutions, and delivering value beyond traditional SaaS sales.
  • Sales Activity, Pipeline Management, and Reporting:
    • Implement effective sales activity tracking and management processes to ensure consistent progress towards revenue targets.
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth and managing potential risks.
  • Sales and Target Reporting with CRM Management:
    • Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards, providing insights into key performance indicators, sales metrics, and progress towards revenue goals.
    • Oversee our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform management to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement, presenting findings to leadership.
  • Target Customer, Segments, and Territories Mapping:
    • Define and refine target customer profiles, market segments, and territories to optimise resource allocation and maximise sales effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the team to implement targeted sales strategies for key customer segments.
  • Internal Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical experts, product development, and other departments, to ensure alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
    • Oversee the smooth handover to the account management team post-implementation for ongoing relationship management.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to sales, solution development, and client handovers.
    • Encourage a culture of innovation within the team to stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 6-10 years of experience in consulting or sales related capacities
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a team with a strong focus on consultative sales and solution development.
  • Background in consulting with experience in implementation and delivery roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute on a strategic vision for clients.
  • Strong data driven background with a history of working with numbers and data comfortably to use them to aid your decision making and work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to balance sales targets with a commitment to delivering impactful solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Open to candidates in Singapore and Malaysia
