About the Opportunity

The Epicentre ReBird Coordinator is a newly created role, supporting our fast-growing expansion across Australia. This position is responsible for ensuring our guest aftersales needs are met and exceeded across the southern region of Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Hands on guest facing execution of ReBird services in store
• Leading the delivery of all in-store ReBird activities within the market.
• Training and onboarding all ReBird operators in the market
• Acting as the primary point of escalation and solution for complex cases.

About You

Qualifications 

• A minimum of one year’s experience in a retail leadership role.

• Experience or training in a hands-on trade, particularly in sewing or seamstress work is preferred.
